Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer refunds we will issue you a credit note or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
We cannot accept returns on personalised items. These include all products in the name collection, and any additional engraving or metal letters added to an item.
We cannot accept returns on earrings. If earrings are found to be faulty we will be happy to replace them.
All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot process a return for any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.
Delivery and postage costs are not included in your credit note/ gift card.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility for domestic and international returns. Please be aware before purchasing that we cannot refund shipping if you have returned an item to us.
We strongly recommend our customers to double-check their delivery information before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience and disappointment caused by lost packages. If an error in the delivery address is detected after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update the information. However, we cannot guarantee that the order can be redirected or recovered after it has been dispatched.
To start a return, you can do so via our contact page, please fill out the form with your order number and we will contact you via email, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the returns instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note some jewellery pieces are delicate and need to be handled with care, any damage incurred by the customer from 'mis-use by the buyer' cannot be returned or refunded as a faulty item. Please follow care instructions to prolong longevity of your jewellery pieces. We cannot process any faulty returns without them being sent back to us for further investigation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. earrings for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on personalised items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
